Tim Shade is a Senior Analyst at Watershed Advisors, a position held since June 2021, previously serving as an Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Legislative Intern at the Maryland Public Interest Research Group from January 2021 to May 2021. In addition, Tim contributed to the Johns Hopkins University Office of Academic Support as the Head PILOT Leader for Calculus I for Biology and Social Sciences from August 2018 to May 2021, facilitating communication between the academic office and course professors while coordinating peer-led study sessions. Tim also worked as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from June 2017 to April 2020. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2021, following a high school diploma from Old Mill High School earned in 2017.
