Mieke R. has extensive experience in communication and management, currently serving as a senior communicatieadviseur at waterschap Hunze en Aa's since 2004. Prior to this position, Mieke R. was a communicatieadviseur at De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar from 1998 to 2004 and held account management roles at Ogilvy & Mather and Wolters Noordhoff between 1994 and 1998. Mieke R. also served as vestigingsmanager at Idécom Produkties and worked as an account executive at VDRM reclambureau earlier in the career. Starting in education, Mieke R. was a docent beeldende vorming at Friesland College from 1982 to 1990. Education includes studies at NHL Hogeschool from 1975 to 1981, HTS Groningen in 1990-1991, and Hanze from 2007 to 2008.
