Loes Kuiper has extensive experience in environmental regulation and inspection, currently serving as a Vergunningverlener Schoon Water at Waterschap Hunze en Aa's since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing permits and notifications related to surface water discharges and water quality. Previous positions include Inspector at the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit - NVWA, overseeing food safety in the hospitality and craft sectors, and participation in various internships related to forensic sciences and environmental enforcement. Loes holds an Associate's degree in Integrale Handhaving Omgevingsrecht and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forensic Sciences, both obtained from Hogeschool Van Hall Larenstein, as well as a Havo diploma in Nature and Health from Ubbo Emmius.
