Rick van der Weijde has extensive experience in project and contract management within the fields of nature development and recreation. Currently serving as a Contract Manager and Project Manager at Waterschap Hollandse Delta since October 2014, Rick has managed a diverse range of projects while ensuring quality and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Rick worked for Dienst Landelijk Gebied from August 2005 to September 2014, taking on various roles, including Senior Staff Member in Area Development and Project Leader, where responsibilities included project management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, Rick has pursued a passion for nature and bird photography through Corotauria Nature Photography since 2000. Rick holds an engineering degree in Rural Renewal from Hogeschool INHOLLAND, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
