Mário Moreira is an experienced professional specializing in information systems, project management, and business process management. Currently serving as Administrateur for the Council of the European Union since June 2019, Mário has previously held significant roles at Proximus as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, Capgemini Belgium as Engagement Manager, and BNP Paribas Fortis as a Senior Functional Analyst, among others. Mário's career spans over two decades, beginning as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Agilus and advancing to senior leadership positions such as CEO of Wiston Wolf and Head of Information Systems Unit at I.Zone Knowledge Systems S.A. Mário holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
