Bautista Augugliaro began their work experience as a Pasante de desarrollo comercial at Danone from August 2019 to July 2020. Bautista then worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at the same company from July 2020 to February 2021. After that, they joined DiDi as an Operations intern from March 2021 to December 2021, and later transitioned to the role of Junior Operations Analyst from December 2021 to April 2022. Following this, Bautista worked as a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS from April 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Waterplan (YC S21) from February 2023.

Bautista Augugliaro pursued their education at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in industrial engineering. Prior to this, they attended Colegio Santa Brigida from 2002 to 2015, earning a Bachiller en ciencias y letras.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bautista obtained a certification in English, specifically the First Certificate in English, from the Cambridge University Press in January 2013.
