Brian Higgs is a Systems Engineer at WaterOne, where responsibilities include maintaining and administering a VMWare environment with ESXi 5.5 in a Cisco UCS setup since May 2005. Previously, as a Desktop Administrator, tasks involved resolving service-related issues for over 350 users, ensuring data integrity, acting as a liaison for technical resolutions, managing user accounts, and handling the setup and imaging of desktops and laptops. Brian began the career at Security Bank of Kansas City as a Help Desk Technician from June 2001 to May 2005. Academic achievements include an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Johnson County Community College, attained between 1999 and 2001.
