Tammy Farris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategic innovation, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Watermark Retirement Communities since January 2016, Tammy Farris focuses on enhancing member and associate experiences through leadership development while achieving various business goals. Previously, as the Director of Strategic Innovation at Watermark, Tammy Farris championed the implementation of high-quality care initiatives. Tammy Farris also owns Greer Glen Lodge in Arizona, offering recreational accommodations. Prior to Watermark, Tammy Farris held several roles at the Eller College of Management, including Director of Development and Corporate Philanthropy, where connections with individuals and corporations supported students and faculty. Tammy Farris began a career in the quick-service industry as a Franchise Owner and Operations Supervisor at McDonald's Corporation. An MBA graduate from the University of Arizona, Tammy Farris also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the same institution.
