William Peckham is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving in multiple roles at Waterloo Regional Police Service since March 2016, including Project Lead for Human Experience Management Implementation and Manager of Organization and Culture Development. In addition, William has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Waterloo since September 2014, teaching various human resources management courses, and previously held similar positions at Conestoga College. Prior experience includes HR Management roles at Kiewit, where titles included HR Operations Manager and HR Service Centre Manager, and positions as a Graduate Assistant at Ryerson University, along with various other roles in the HR domain. William holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
