Anthony Luo is an experienced engineer specializing in embedded software and robotics. Currently a pilot and embedded software team member at Waterloo Aerial Robotics Group, Anthony develops air and ground LTE drivers and firmware for lighting control while also contributing to air-ground communications as a technical director. Previous roles include embedded software intern positions at Zipline and BETA Technologies, where Anthony focused on real-time embedded systems and electric motor controls. Experience also encompasses internships at Qualcomm, Untether AI, and Ciena, covering digital design verification, formal verification, RTL design, and software engineering for telecommunications. Anthony is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, building a robust foundation in engineering principles since graduating from Colonel By Secondary.
