Faysal Ahmed

Graduate Electrical Engineer at Waterline

Faysal Ahmed is a Graduate Electrical Engineer currently employed at Waterline since July 2023. Previously, Faysal served as a Researcher at James Cook University, focusing on the techno-economic analysis of residential PV-battery applications. Additional experience includes a role as an Electrical Engineer at AC Solar Warehouse, where Faysal contributed to the design and manufacture of a device for current transformer installation. Prior to that, Faysal worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at Benfix Steel Building Development Ltd., managing township electrification and substation commissioning. Faysal's early experience includes research at Independent University, Bangladesh, on an automatic traffic control system. Faysal holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Renewable Energy from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Independent University, Bangladesh.
