Kamil Maciaszczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager and Head of Product at Watergate since June 2019, Kamil has also held the position of R&D Manager within the same company. Previous roles include Flutter Developer at Hiro from April 2020 to February 2021 and Monter Elektroniki THT at Printor Sp. z o.o. in July 2018. Kamil's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Business Studies in English from Kozminski University (2022-2023), a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from Lodz University of Technology (2019-2021), and an Engineering degree in the same field from the same institution (2015-2019).
