Stephen J. Braconi is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. since December 2021, Braconi is also the founder and Real Estate Consultant at Braconi Associates, a firm established in 1987. Over the years, Braconi has developed a strong portfolio, managing multiple successful residential and commercial projects and increasing revenue to a multi-million dollar firm. Previous roles include Real Estate Broker at William Raveis Real Estate and Managing Partner at B&L Real Estate Ventures. Braconi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology (cum laude) from Suffolk University and is a FAA certified Air Traffic Controller, having completed training at the U.S. Navy Air Traffic Control School.
