Gagan Dhanjal has over two decades of experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter at Waterfront International Ltd since April 2002, a Toronto-based quantitative finance research firm known for its selective hiring of top talent in statistical trading strategies. Prior to this role, Gagan was a Corporate Recruiter at State Street from May 2001 to January 2002. Gagan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, obtained between 1996 and 2001, with a double major in Economics and Labour Relations and a minor in Sociology.
