Liju John has a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. Liju started their career in 2004 as a Testing Trainee at Transcom system, where they gained experience in creating test cases, executing tests, bug reporting, and UAT testing documentation preparation. In 2005, they joined iSmart Business Solutions as a Software Test Engineer. After a year there, they moved on to An Post, where they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for eight years. In 2016, Liju joined Waterford Technologies as a Software QA Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Liju John holds a Master's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Bharathidasan University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University, graduating between 1997 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Liju also obtained a certification in ISTQB from the International Software Testing Qualification Board in January 2014.
