Haya Shamir is a seasoned professional in the field of research and evaluation, currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Chief Scientist at Waterford.org since July 2005. Haya's progression within Waterford.org has included roles as Evaluation Director, Evaluation Manager, and Research Analyst. Prior to this, Haya was an Adjunct Professor and Post Doctoral researcher at the University of Utah from August 2003 to July 2005. Haya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Developmental Psychology and Psychology, respectively, from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Communication from the University of Haifa.
