Yossi Haras has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Yossi started their career at Ernst & Young in 1998 as a Senior Manager, where they worked for 8 years. In 2006, they joined B&D Food Corp. as the CFO, responsible for finance strategies and presentations to investment banks and venture capitals. Yossi also handled financial reporting to the SEC and managed the company's ESOP. Prior to B&D Food Corp., Yossi worked at Gita Technologies Ltd. as the CFO for 6 years. Since 2013, Yossi has been working at Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd. as the CFO. In this role, they have taken full responsibility for all finance aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial relations with banks, implementing new systems, and handling financing reports under US GAAP. Yossi also established the finance and legal aspects of the company's fully owned US subsidiary and managed the company's ESOP.

Yossi Haras obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the period between 1994 and 1997. Later, in 2003, Yossi pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Management at Tel Aviv University.
