Sifa Pole is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and construction management in the water and wastewater sectors, currently holding the position of Manager Design & Construction at Watercare Services Limited since June 2014. Sifa has progressed through various roles, including Design Delivery Manager for Assets Upgrades & Renewals, and Operations Manager for Southern Networks, overseeing management of water and wastewater assets while optimizing network performance. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Controller for Southern Wastewater and Wastewater Transmission, with responsibilities for supervising teams and coordinating maintenance and capital projects. Sifa began a career at Brian Perry as a Site Engineer on the Waterview Tunnel Project and served as a Graduate Structural Engineer at CLC Consulting Group Ltd. Sifa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland, completed in 2011.
