Shari Kostka is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in both governmental and private sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance and previously as a Business Analyst for the City of Waterbury since August 2004, Shari has developed extensive expertise in financial management. Prior experience includes the role of Financial Controller at Environmental Products Corporation from 2000 to 2004. Shari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Post University between 1980 and 1984.
