Rader Smith currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at WaterBridge, a position held since July 2018, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager in Business Development. Prior to WaterBridge, Rader Smith worked at Lazard as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the energy services and industrials sectors from January 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, Rader Smith was a Commercial Development Analyst at Plains All American from June 2014 to December 2016. Rader Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, earned between 2011 and 2014.
