Peter Veenstra currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Christelijke Woningstichting Patrimonium since July 2023. In addition, Peter has held the position of Head of Finance & Control at Waterbedrijf Groningen since February 2019. Previous roles include Finance Manager/Controller at Red een Kind from June 2011 to January 2019, and Treasurer of Help a Child Africa from December 2012 to March 2017, where Peter was an Executive Member of the Board. Peter's extensive career in finance began at KPMG, where roles spanned from Trainee to Manager across various divisions between 1998 and 2011. Academically, Peter holds multiple degrees in Accountancy and Economics from institutions including Nivra and the University of Amsterdam, along with postdoctoral education from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree from Hanze.
