Carys Robshaw has a solid background in corporate partnerships and relationships in the charity sector. Carys is currently working as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at WaterAid since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Relationships Manager at Book Aid International from April 2020 to November 2021. From February 2018 to April 2020, they worked as a Corporate Partnerships Executive at Unicef UK. Beginning in September 2016, Carys was a Corporate Fundraiser at Nordoff Robbins, a role they held until February 2018.

Carys Robshaw has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Portsmouth. Carys also holds a Master of Science degree in International Development from London South Bank University.
