Alessia Mura has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with an internship at Manushi. In 2012, they worked as a Policy Officer at The Elders. In 2013, they joined London Business School as a Research Support Manager and worked there until 2016. At WaterAid, they initially served as a Programme Funding Advisor from 2016 to 2018, followed by a role as Regional Funding Manager for West Africa from 2018 onwards.
Alessia Mura's education history begins in 1992 at European School Brussels II, where they obtained a European Baccalaureate degree. Alessia then attended The University of Edinburgh from 2006 to 2010, earning an MA Hons degree in International Relations. Continuing their academic journey, they joined SOAS University of London from 2010 to 2011 and completed an MSc degree in Violence, Conflict, and Development.
