Anthony Baltazar is a Staff Engineer at Water Works Engineers, a position held since June 2013, and previously served as an Associate Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Anthony gained experience as a Server at Mikuni Restaurant from May 2010 to June 2013. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2013.
