Susan Keaton is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in digital media, content management, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Digital Media & Content Manager at the Water Quality Association since February 2018, Susan has a proven track record of enhancing organizational communication and engagement. Previous roles include Columnist for The Naperville Sun, Interim Communications Manager for both Bethlehem Lutheran Church and KeHE Distributors, and Director of Communications for the General Commission on the Status and Role of Women at the United Methodist Church. With early career experience as Editor and Bureau Chief at the Chicago Tribune Media Group, Susan combines editorial expertise with a strong ability to deliver compelling content across various platforms. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Stephens College.
