Jeremy G. Marsh is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Broker Associate at Water Pointe Realty Group since March 2018 and previously at Willoughby Realty from June 2003 to March 2018. Expertise includes valuing properties, staging advice for sellers, marketing properties, coordinating showings, negotiating contracts, and managing the closing process for clients. Prior to their real estate career, Marsh owned and operated Marsh Lawn Maintenance, Inc., and served as Station Manager at Resort Radio Systems. Marsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University and has completed additional training in luxury home marketing.
