Alex Hill has extensive experience in digital implementation and operational insight management, currently serving as the Digital Implementation & Insight Manager at Water Plus since November 2017, where responsibilities include acting as scrum master and managing a digital development team. Previously, Alex held the position of Operational Insight Manager at Water Plus, managing a team of eight analysts and implementing PowerBI for operational reporting. Alex's career at British Gas spanned over a decade, with roles ranging from MI Business Partner to MI Developer, where management of reporting and stakeholder communication were key responsibilities. Education includes attendance at St Edmunds RC School followed by Wolverhampton College.
