Brian Woodard has a diverse work experience in the field of product development. Brian started their career as a Design Engineer at Chamberlain Group in 1994. Brian then joined Insight Product Development in 1995, where they had various roles, including Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, and Program Director. In 2005, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at ProStor Systems until 2008. Brian then joined Water Pik, Inc. in 2009 as a Senior Design Engineer, and gradually moved up to the positions of Director Innovation and Industrial Design, Director New Products, and finally Senior Director New Products.

Brian Woodard attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
