Suzan K. is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Administration with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at Water for Good since January 2024, Suzan previously held significant roles such as International Human Resources Lead and Human Resources Manager at Lifewater International. Earlier, Suzan was the Regional Administrator at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, managing administrative support for research stations in Southern Africa and overseeing HR, finance, and operations at the Uganda Station. Suzan began a career in administrative support as a Project Assistant at WOCCU/SACCO NET, contributing to project logistics and documentation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University.
