Jacklyn Atkins, MS, CFLE is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent development and case management. As the CCS Talent Development Partner at Service Coordination Inc since July 2018, Jacklyn aligns training programs with departmental goals, facilitates new employee onboarding, and updates training materials for effective e-Learning delivery. Previously, Jacklyn served as the Coordinator of Community Services, providing case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior roles include Assistant Teacher in Special Education at Kennedy Krieger School and Volunteer Coordinator at The Children's House at Johns Hopkins, Inc. Jacklyn holds a Master of Science in Administration of Human Services and a Graduate Certificate in Case Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Family & Human Services.
