Kate Hawley, CEM, currently serves as the Director of Business Development for the Water Environment Federation since October 2019, where Kate previously held the position of Senior Manager for WEFTEC Exhibition Sales. With a solid background in business development, Kate worked as a Business Development Manager and Associate Expositions Manager for the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists from March 2013 to October 2019. Prior roles include Contract Events Manager at Linder, Events Manager at Occasions Caterers, and marketing roles at FedBid, Inc. and Draka Cableteq USA, Inc., where Kate managed international trade shows and rebranding projects. With experience that spans event management and marketing within various industries, Kate achieved significant success in sales and project execution, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree earned magna cum laude from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
