Erik W. Lickiss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, business development, and sales. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR and Business Development Strategies at Water-City Blaze since July 2021, Erik previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Specialist at Open Client Services from August 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing 3PL sales teams and client engagement efforts. Erik's diverse background also includes roles as an ESL Teacher in various European countries from 2011 to 2016 and as an opera singer performing internationally in multiple languages from 2009 to 2016. Erik holds a Master's degree in Music Performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Simpson College.
