Lewis Boulton is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Manager of Procurement at the Water Authority of Fiji since October 2016. Additionally, Lewis has held positions at the Ministry of Finance since August 2011, including Manager of Tenders and Policy Manager, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing procurement policies, facilitating procurement training, and providing policy advice. Lewis holds a Postgraduate Diploma and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from The University of the South Pacific, completed in 2016.
