Caroline Ottoy is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at WatchHouse since January 2023, Caroline previously held the position of Operations Director at Planet Organic Ltd from July 2016 to January 2023, and Food Service Director during that time as well. Prior to that, Caroline worked at TASTY PLC as Operations Director from March 2007 to January 2016, and held various roles at Zizzi Restaurants including Operations Manager from January 2002 to March 2007. Caroline began their career at ASK Italian, progressing through roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager from June 1997 to March 2007. Caroline Ottoy holds a BSC Hons in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Plymouth.
