Paula Dyches, M.A., PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Paula began their career at Continental in 2008, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Analyst. Paula later participated in the HR Generalist Global Rotation Program, gaining exposure to various HR functions in different locations around the world.

In 2013, Paula joined Wastequip as the Director of Human Resources for the Toter Plastics Division. In this role, they were responsible for employee relations, selection, performance management, HRIS, and compensation for 750 employees across multiple locations. Paula also played a key role in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business objectives and compliance with regulations.

In 2015, Paula transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources Operations at Wastequip, where they were in charge of corporate HR systems and processes. Paula oversaw HRIS maintenance, strategic system implementations, vendor management, process improvement, and compliance. Additionally, they had oversight of Organizational Development programs, including training & development and rewards & recognition.

Paula's contributions and expertise led to their promotion to the position of Vice President of Human Resources in 2019. In this role, they continued to provide strategic leadership and guidance for HR initiatives across the organization.

In 2022, Paula took on the role of Director of HRIS & Data at Wastequip, where they are currently responsible for HRIS and data management.
