Nicholas Franiak has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nicholas began their career at The Braun Corporation as a Project/Manufacturing Engineer and worked there for five years until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Plant Manager/Engineering Manager at Fratco, Inc. Following that, they joined Adkev, Inc. as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they managed the full quality program, including supplier and customer side quality assurance and management. In 2013, Nicholas joined Wastequip as a Manufacturing Engineer and gradually moved up to various leadership positions within the company, including Director of Engineering and Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality. Their most recent role at Wastequip is the Vice President of Engineering, Quality, and EHS, which they began in November 2020.
Nicholas Franiak earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Operations from Purdue University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. Nicholas also holds a certification in OSHA 30-hour Card, which they obtained from Purdue University Northwest in December 2015. Nicholas completed their high school education at Chesterton High School.
