Fabian Montesdeoca serves as the Human Resources Manager at Wastequip, the leading manufacturer of waste handling equipment in North America, and has held various roles within the company since April 2019, including Recruiting Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Recruiter. Prior to joining Wastequip, Fabian worked as a Professional Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, a prominent provider of staffing solutions for technical and professional roles. Fabian's career began with an internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Currently, education is being pursued at the University of Massachusetts Lowell for a Master of Business Administration, following a Bachelor of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte and an Associate of Arts from Central Piedmont Community College.
