Shantai Magee, MS-HRM, is an accomplished recruiter and talent acquisition advisor with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Miller Integrated Solutions since January 2023, Magee also holds positions as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Waste Resource Management since December 2021 and as a Regional HR Recruiter at GardaWorld since June 2020. Previous roles include Driver Recruiter at Sun Coast Resources, Inc. from September 2016 to June 2019 and Human Resources Generalist at Two Dimension Preparatory Academy Charter School for over a decade, from August 2005 to August 2016. Magee's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management obtained from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. Currently, Magee is furthering professional development through studies at Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.
