Robert Kviklys is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in field operations and training and development across North America. Serving as Vice President of HR Field Operations and Training & Development for Waste Management since 2001, Robert previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Southern Group at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Evolution Networks and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Pratt Industries. Robert Kviklys holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Personnel and Labor Relations.
