Sourin Buragohain is an experienced professional in the field of customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Bid Management & Pre Sales at iSON Xperiences Ltd since April 2024. Previously, Sourin held the position of Pre Sales Solution Architect Digital CX at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included solution design and architecture for digital customer experience deals. Sourin has a strong background in business development and pre-sales, having led various roles at iSON Xperiences Ltd since 2013, as well as managerial positions at Genex Infosys Limited and Bharti Airtel, among others. Sourinā€™s educational background includes a PG Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, and PR from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Cotton College.
