Hatem Elrefai is an experienced Marketing and Communication Expert with a strong background in art direction and design. Currently serving as Art Director and Marketing Specialist at Wasla Contact Center since November 2009, Hatem supervises all artistic aspects related to the company's branding, including advertisements, decorations, website management, social media, photography, and video production.
