Muhammad Suleman has extensive experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Care Operations Manager at Wasl since November 2022. Prior to this role, Muhammad held various positions at Emirates Islamic from 2014 to October 2022, including Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. Muhammad started their career at the Roads and Transport Authority, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Operation Team Leader and Quality Analyst between 2011 and 2014. Muhammad holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from SBS Swiss Business School (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Damascus University (2005-2010).
