Gizem Kaya is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Doğruer Gümrük Müşavirliği since March 2022, focusing on ensuring compliance with legislation for product imports and overseeing labeling according to the Turkish food codex. Previously, as a Production Engineer at HUB Yiyecek from May 2021 to February 2022, Gizem Kaya implemented production and purchasing plans based on market demand. An internship at AVOD in 2017 involved HACCP applications, monitoring food quality management systems, and resolving quality issues. Additionally, a work and travel experience at Coal Creek Inn occurred during the summer of 2015. Gizem Kaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's degree from Ege University (2012-2017), following a high school diploma in science from Bursa Atatürk Anatolian High School (2007-2011).
