Charles Vicari has an extensive background in education and management, currently serving as a GED Instructor and Education Liaison at the Washoe Tribe of Nevada & California since February 2013. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Gunderson High School, The American School of Tegucigalpa in Honduras, and Victor Valley College, contributing as a teacher and instructor from August 2002 to February 2013. Experience also includes a significant tenure in various roles within the business sector, such as Sales Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Merchandising Manager at the OR WA CA Pear Bureau. Charles holds a Master of Arts in Education from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
