Rolando Lora is an accomplished C-Suite Executive with extensive experience in retail lending and community engagement. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Lending Officer, and Director of Community Lending at The Washington Trust Company, Rolando oversees the strategic direction of mortgage origination and community lending activities for the nation's oldest community bank. Prior experience includes roles as Market Manager for Wells Fargo overseeing New England, Upstate New York, and New Jersey, as well as Lending Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and various leadership positions at Wells Fargo that focused on sales management and operational excellence. Rolando holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University.
