Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Project Manager, and Vice President and Director of Branch Operations, Audit, & Compliance at Citizens Bank from December 1987 to December 2005. C. Scott Ostrowski also participated in the Theta II Class at Leadership Rhode Island from January to October 2012. C. Scott Ostrowski earned a degree from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business, completing studies from 1981 to 1985.
