Penny Hencz has extensive experience in commercial banking, serving as Vice President at Washington Trust Bank since 2000. Penny has managed a diverse portfolio of commercial customers and provided financial services to various industries. Prior to this, they held the role of Commercial Loan Officer at United Security Bank. In addition, they have served as a Board Member at Leadership Spokane since 2015.

Penny Hencz completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics at Eastern Washington University from 1992-1996. Penny also attended Leadership Spokane in 2003.
