Michele Hegg Gonzalez has extensive experience in project management, notably serving as Senior Project Manager at Washington Trust Bank since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading software projects for Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) through various development phases. Previously, Michele worked at Next IT as a Project Manager focused on managing IVA projects and facilitating Agile processes. Additional roles include Bilingual Content Analyst & Business Analyst, Bilingual Care Center Representative at Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho, Spanish-English Medical Interpreter, and English Professor. Michele holds a Master of Arts in Spanish Linguistics from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Pre-Physical Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University.
