Willow Allen is an experienced educator and program manager specializing in youth engagement and environmental stewardship. Currently serving as the Youth Trail Program Manager at the Washington Trails Association since December 2016, Willow has developed programming that connects youth with outdoor activities statewide. Previous roles include Interim Leadership Development Manager at WTA, School-Based Programs Manager at Cascade Bicycle Club, and School Overnight Program Coordinator at IslandWood. Other significant positions held include Resource Conservation Program Coordinator at Seattle Tilth, Outreach Education Teacher at Pacific Science Center, and various roles focusing on education and community engagement. Willow holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Louisville.
