Andrew D. Goldberg, MD, currently serves as Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Marshall Wace North America, a position held since 2021. In addition, Andrew is a Critical Care Medicine Physician at the Washington Township Medical Foundation since 2016. Previous roles include Partner and Principal at Vivo Capital from 2016 to 2021, Attending Physician at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System from 2014 to 2020, and Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2016, where Andrew specialized in strategies for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Andrew completed a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and served as an Instructor in Medicine at the Mayo Clinic from 2011 to 2013. Educationally, Andrew holds an MD from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, a Postdoctoral Diploma in Clinical and Translational Science from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media from The George Washington University.
